Halfling Cultural Armor

Note that these recipes (other than the acorn oil) are ONLY to be tried by halfling smiths and tailors, and they MUST be combined using the halfling cultural forge and Vale sewing kit. At the current time, incorrect recipes mixed in a cultural forge will NOT eat your items. Close the forge, open the forge, and your items still should be there. We do not know if this will stay this way or if it is considered a bug, but will keep this area updated if this changes.

As a point of clarification, the studs and boning used in the actual tailoring of these recipes use the "normal" recipes and ore, in "normal" forges.
